EBAC Fall Challenge
The EBAC Fall Challenge is a road race held on November 14, 2026, at Ocean Beach Park in New London, Connecticut. The event takes place rain or shine and includes multiple distances on marked courses.
Distances:
- 4.75 mile classic course
- 5 km course new for 2026
Registration opens on September 1, 2026, and closes on November 8, 2026. Registration fees and entry options vary by registration period and there is a day of paper entry option. EBAC members, active and retired military, and New London police officers are eligible for discounted entry upon verification of membership or service credentials.
T shirts are provided to the first 100 registrants and must be picked up on race day. Ocean Beach chowder is served following the race. Individual competition is organized by sex and the following age categories: Youth under 13, Junior 13 to 19, Open 20 to 29, Submaster 30 to 39, Master 40 to 49, Grand Master 50 to 59, Veteran 60 to 69, Senior 70 to 79, and Super Senior 80 and over.
