Washington Town & Country Fair Run
The Washington Town & Country Fair Run is a community event held at 1261 Veterans Dr, Washington, MO. It offers timed and untimed running options alongside a short children’s run. Early packet pickup is available the Thursday and Friday before the event at the Four Rivers Area YMCA, 400 Grand Avenue, Washington. Day-of-race registration is available for the adult and walk events.
Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each age group for the main races. The kids' fun run awards medals to all finishers and provides a free race shirt to all pre-registered entrants. A Dri-Fit souvenir shirt is offered for registrants, but shirts are not guaranteed for registrations made after July 8.
The kids' fun run is open to children age 10 and under. A parent or legal guardian must check in with the child on race day. Participants in the kids' run must be on foot and may be accompanied by another runner.
Event sponsorship support is listed from local and regional organizations, including Mercy, Ballmann Earthworks, Bank of Washington, Brown's Shoe Center, and others.
