Wasatch 100

The Wasatch 100 is a 100 mile endurance run held in Utah on the first Friday and Saturday after Labor Day each year. The point to point course begins at East Mountain Wilderness Park above Kaysville and finishes at the Pavilion at Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park near Midway.

The route traverses the central Wasatch Mountains and passes a sequence of ridges passes canyons and alpine trails. The course moves south from East Mountain through Bair Canyon and up to the ridge above Francis Peak, follows the Wasatch range past Farmington Flats and Arthur's Fork then over City Creek Pass to Big Mountain Pass. Runners continue over Bald Mountain toward Lambs Canyon then climb through Mill Creek Canyon and along the Wasatch Crest to Brighton. The route crosses Katherine and Sunset Passes and continues over Pole Line Pass and Baker Pass before descending through Pot Hollow Canyon and joining Cummings Parkway. The final section descends Decker Canyon to the Deer Creek Reservoir Trail and the finish at Soldier Hollow.

The course includes a cumulative elevation gain of approximately 24,000 feet and a cumulative loss of approximately 23,300 feet. There are 15 aid stations along the course including the finish line. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
