The Warrington Running Festival is an organized road running event in Warrington town centre presented by RunThrough and held in support of St. Rocco's Hospice. The event offers multiple race distances around the town centre.

Entries include a unique themed medal, live chip timed results, free official race photos and post race goodies. Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned to guide and encourage participants. The 2026 event continues a format first run as a free to enter festival in 2023 and aims to maintain that community focus.
