Warrington Running Festival - 20 September 2026
The Warrington Running Festival takes place in Warrington town centre on Sunday 20th September 2026 and supports St. Rocco's Hospice. The event is organised by RunThrough and continues the free-to-enter format used in 2023.
Runners can choose from several distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10k
- 1 mile fun run
Entries include a unique themed medal, live chip timed results, free official race photos and post-race goodies. Each kilometre of the course is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the route to guide participants.
The festival features an event village with food and drink options and free items from partner organisations at the finish area. The organiser reports ongoing work on sustainability and has researched runner priorities with sustainability identified as a key issue.
