Warrington Running Festival Presented by New York Bakery Co.
The Warrington Running Festival takes place in Warrington Town Centre on 20 September 2026 and supports St. Rocco's Hospice. The event offers a range of distances around the town centre and uses an event village for post-race facilities.
Race distances include:
- Half Marathon
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 mile fun run
Entry includes a unique themed medal, live chip-timed results, free official race photos, and post-race goodies. Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned to guide and encourage participants. The event village provides food and drink options and partner-provided free items at the finish area.
The RunThrough Foundation plans to make free-entry events available in different cities in future years, and the 2026 Warrington event follows earlier editions that were free to enter. Event organisers note an ongoing focus on sustainability and offer an event t-shirt at a discounted price when purchased as part of entry checkout.
