Walk for Wildlife

Walk for Wildlife is a fundraising event by Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in St. Vital Park, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Participants can choose a 5 km walk (individual or team) or a 5 or 10 km run (individual or team).

The event is PWRC’s biggest fundraiser to support medical care, food, and enclosure maintenance for injured and orphaned wildlife in Manitoba. Race-day meet is at the Aspen Shelter Site in St. Vital Park; early bib pickup and on-site registration are available.

Registration includes a T-shirt, a button, and a bib. There are refreshments, a pancake breakfast, and meet-and-greets with Wildlife Ambassadors, plus prizes for top fundraisers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
