Focus Africa Run for Aids
Focus Africa Run for Aids takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the St. Vital Park Picnic Shelter, River Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The event is organized by Focus Africa in conjunction with the Running Room.

Net proceeds from the event will support Beacon of Hope in Kajiado, Kenya. Beacon of Hope is described as a multi‑use facility and medical centre that provides HIV/AIDS affected women and children with medical care, economic empowerment, education, and community-based care. Its programs are expanding to include grandmothers, youth, intern training, and outreach into neighbouring communities.
Participant registration fees are directed entirely to the Mjali grandmothers program at Beacon of Hope. Donations support the run event and any excess is allocated to the Mjali grandmothers program.
