About the race
The Winnipeg Pride Run, organized by Winnipeg Frontrunners, is a fun, non-competitive running and walking event held at The Forks festival site in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Open to all ages and abilities, participants can choose between 3km and 6km routes that start and finish at the Orientation Circle. The course features a mix of dirt, gravel, grass, and concrete trails, passing through the vibrant Pride Festival site.
The event celebrates diversity with a lively atmosphere, colorful attire, music, water stations, and post-race massages. It supports the 2SLGBTQ+ community and donates a portion of fees to Trans Manitoba. The event has grown significantly since its 2015 inception.
