The course begins on Teal Street, turns left onto Crest Street, then left onto Mallard Street. At Jordan Avenue the route turns right onto the sidewalk. Runners continue on the sidewalk around the thrift store, turn left at Shell Simmons, run along the edge of parking lots toward the Aspen/Aviator hotel parking area, and follow trails back to Teal Street. A full lap measures 1.05 miles; the 5 km run covers three laps. Signs and volunteers will mark key turns, with support noted at the corner of Glacier Highway and Shell Simmons.
Event amenities listed include T shirts, a light meal, snacks, and facility tours for interested attendees. The one mile walk follows the same route in the opposite direction.
