Packet pickup and runner check-in occur Friday evening and on the morning of the race at Friendship Hill Inclusive Playground. The course is mostly on paved trail with a small section of the half marathon on crushed gravel. Crossroads Event and Timing provides chip timing; timing mats will be on the routes. There are four water stations along the routes and restrooms at every water station. Turnaround flags mark each route. Free parking is available at several locations.
Cash prizes are offered to top male and female finishers in each adult race (Half Marathon: $500/$250/$150; 10K: $250/$150/$75; 5K: $150/$75/$50). Youth registrations are not eligible for prize money and do not include a finisher medal. The event is held rain or shine; cancellation for unsafe weather is monitored by local emergency management.
