Course and other information
The road course starts and finishes at the Seven Birches vineyards at RiverWalk. The route crosses South Mountain Bridge, winds around South Peak Resort, returns across the bridge and finishes at the Grand Ballroom. The race is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing; results are posted online at J3Timing.com. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; packets can be shipped for a $10 handling charge.
Registration items include a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine-glass-shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, and a post-race wine pour. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes shirt, medal and bib but not a wine glass or pour. Winery tours will be available for a fee after the event. Free race photos are provided. Age group awards are given to the top three in each ten-year category; awards must be picked up the day of the event.
