Veterans Day 5K and 1 Mile Run
The event is hosted by the King George High School DECA club at King George High School and Middle School, 10100 Foxes Way, King George, VA 22485. Proceeds support the Some Gave All Foundation, a nonprofit that assists local wounded veterans from Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The course uses ball fields, the track, and parking lots at the schools and is handicap accessible. Packet pick-up is available race day only. On race day, registration is open from 8:00 to 8:25. General registration opens on 10/8/2026 and closes on 11/10/2026. A free entry option called Ainsley’s Runner has a separate registration window from 11/7/2026 to 11/10/2026.
