Frosty 5K and Reindeer Run - December 12, 2026
The event is a community running day in Stafford, VA, held at Embrey Mill Park and along Mine Road. It includes a USATF-certified 5K course described as scenic with rolling hills. Strollers are allowed but must start toward the back of the field; dogs are not permitted. Organizers note a finish time limit of 1 hour 15 minutes for the 5K.

- Frosty 5K - open to ages 5 to 110
- 1 Mile Reindeer Run - open to ages 3 to 12
- 5K registration for Stafford school employees only - open to ages 18 and over
All finishers receive a custom finisher's medal; race t-shirts are provided to registrants who select that option by the t-shirt deadline. Awards for the 5K use gun time for overall placements and chip time for age group awards. The 1 Mile awards are based on gun time with defined age divisions. Packet pickup is available on two nights before the race at Fleet Feet Fredericksburg and at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center, with additional pickup on race morning near the restrooms by fields 7 and 8. Parking at Embrey Mill Park is available and free.
