Veterans Day 5K, 10K and 15K, Parkville, MO
This event offers road race distances of 5K, 10K, and 15K on November 8th, 2026, at English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri. Participants in the in-person races receive a custom finisher medal; a long sleeve event shirt is available for an additional $8. A virtual option is offered through November 8th for $44, with shipping, shirt, and medal included.
Registration fees increase over several date ranges; the final entry fees after November 5th are $40 for the 5K, $52 for the 10K, and $62 for the 15K. All fees are nonrefundable.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female and the top masters male and female (40+) in each distance. The 5K also awards the top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups: 10 & under; 11–14; 15–19; 20–24; then 25–29 through 75–79 in five-year increments; and 80 plus. The 10K and 15K award the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 19 and under; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60–69; 70–79; and 80 and over.
Packet pickup is scheduled for the Friday before the race; the exact pickup location will be announced. Course maps are provided for each distance. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the VFW Foundation, an organization that supports troops, military families, and veterans. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
