Veterans Day 5K, 10K and 15K
The event is a set of road races held on November 8, 2026 at English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri. It includes in-person distances and a virtual option. Participants in the in-person races receive a custom finishers medal and may add a long sleeve event shirt for $8. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the VFW Foundation in honor of a long-time area runner who was a World War II veteran and VFW employee.

Registration uses tiered fees that increase by date, and all fees are non refundable. A virtual option is available through November 8 for $44 and includes shipping plus the shirt and medal.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, November 7 at KC Running Company, 200 E. 135th St., Kansas City, MO 64145.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top masters male and female in each distance. The 5K also awards the top three male and female finishers in many age groups from 10 and under through 80 plus. The 10K and 15K award the top three male and female finishers in age groups spanning 19 and under through 80 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
