About the race
Verve Run Collective (VRC) Westboro is a recurring in-person community run that meets at Westboro Beach in Ottawa, ON (745 Kichi Zībī Mīkan). Sessions take place on Mondays and are offered on multiple dates.
Each session includes a guided warm-up, an approximate 45 min group run, and a cool-down with recovery. Participants may run their own pace and distance; walkers are welcome. The event is free and there is free parking at the location.
Participation requires registration on Eventbrite and a signed waiver. Participants must be 18 years or older. Organizers advise wearing reflective clothing or bringing a light or headlamp in darker conditions.
