Venice Florida Half Marathon & 5K Run
The Venice Florida event is organized around two race distances: Half Marathon and 5K. The event base is Legacy Park, 395 E Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285. Packet pickup is handled at Legacy Park with both early pickup and race day pickup options. An athlete guide is released the week of the race and contains schedule, parking, packet pickup, course, and event rules.

Participants receive event shirts (technical t-shirts and soft cotton tanks) and a large colorful finisher medal. Medal engraving is available onsite for $10. Shirt sizes and styles are distributed first come, first served during packet pickup. Post-race refreshments are provided and awards are presented to the top five finishers in each age group; age group categories run from 1-10 through 75 and older.
Course information is available through an interactive course map. Aid stations supply water and Gatorade about every two miles or less. The event enforces a 3.5 hour course time limit; walkers are permitted if they finish within that limit. Live tracking, real-time results, and split times are provided via the Elite Events Tracker app. Free finisher photos and race day media are included and are posted after the event. Parking inside Legacy Park is limited; additional parking is available on surrounding streets and about one third mile west at Centennial Park.
