Event Details
The Holiday 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Venice, FL (49) takes place on December 5, 2026 at Shamrock Park in Venice, Florida. The event offers three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Course Information
The start line is located on the path behind the Nature Center at Shamrock Park. Participants reach it by going through the Nature Center. The running surface is a combination of concrete and asphalt.
The 5K and 10K courses share a 1.56-mile out-and-back segment (3.11 miles total). The 5K requires runners to complete this segment once, while the 10K requires two repetitions.
The Half Marathon course uses a separate 1.64-mile out-and-back segment (3.28 miles total). Half Marathon runners complete this segment four times.
The course has a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Facilities
All runners must register online through RunSignup. On-site registration is not available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
Bathrooms are available inside the Nature Center.
Additional Features
Finisher medals are awarded to all participants. A shirt and gear shop is associated with the event. A best costume competition is held. The race is part of a series that awards points, and awards are given to top performers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
