Victoria - Royal Roads
The event is scheduled for April 11, 2026 at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. Organizers acknowledge that the race takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations.
The course follows single-track trails on the Royal Roads campus. Course maps and Strava routes are provided for route detail and file downloads.
Distances offered:
- 11 km 300 m vertical gain, 1 aid station at 7.5 km
- 6 km 100 m vertical gain, no aid stations
- 1 km kids race
The long-course aid station supplies water, Gatorade, and small snacks. The event is cupless; participants should bring a reusable drinking container or purchase a cup on site. Bib pick-up occurs at the registration tent in the field and requires a government-issued photo ID to receive a race bib. Parking is available on an adjacent dirt track; pay parking is in effect and parking volunteers will assist.
Registration fees for the kids race support the Southern Vancouver Island Nature Trails Society. Post-race food and a prize draw are arranged at the finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
