The Valkyrie Multisport Relay - Durango is a multisport relay taking place in Durango, Colorado on 19 September 2026. Course and stages
Both formats include these seven stages: trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, stand-up paddleboarding, open-water swimming, canoe/kayak (river paddle), and road running. The full-course trail run is described as 9.7 miles through Horse Gulch and nearby loops starting from Santa Rita Whitewater Park; the sprint trail run is 7.4 miles on a shorter loop. Stand-up paddleboarding takes place on Lake Nighthorse - about 3.1 miles for the full course and about 2 miles for the sprint. The swim is an out-and-back course (1.2 miles full, 1 km sprint).
