Vale of Three Falls 5K | 10K | 15K
The Vale of Three Falls run takes place at Letchworth State Park Parade Grounds on May 17, 2026. The event offers three distances:
- Lower Falls 5K
- Middle Falls 10K
- Upper Falls 15K
All courses start and finish at the Parade Grounds and follow an out-and-back route along East Parade Grounds Road. The surface is a seasonal service road made up mostly of stone, gravel, and broken asphalt. The route is hilly and features multiple scenic overlooks with views of the Genesee River.
Aid station provisions differ by distance: the 5K has one aid station, the 10K has three, and the 15K has five. Both days of the race weekend feature cup free aid stations. 10K and 15K participants are required to carry hydration while on course. The 15K includes a midway aid station with a time cut; participants who do not meet the cutoff will be transported to the finish by volunteers or event officials.
Included for participants are post-race food and drinks, an event shirt, and a finisher medal; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before May 1. A participant guide will be posted about 5–10 days before the event and participants are expected to know its contents. Parking is available at the Parade Grounds.
