Event Overview
The USA Project Valor Badizo 5K Run is a benefit event supporting homeless and aging veterans in Utah, as well as student veterans. Participants can choose between an in-person experience in Southern Utah or a virtual option that can be completed from any location. The event includes the following distances:

- 5K run or walk (Virtual)
The in-person event takes place at Sullivan Park in Washington City. In addition to the race, the gathering features a variety of community activities including a flag ceremony, games for young children, and a car show. Local vendors and food trucks will be on-site, and a live band is scheduled to perform during the morning. There are also prize giveaways and a silent auction.
Participant Information
All registered participants receive a bib number, a Project USA Valor sticker, and an official finish time. Those who register by October 7, 2026, are guaranteed a short-sleeve tri-blend t-shirt. For those attending in person, post-race refreshments are provided.
The virtual participation window spans three days, allowing runners to track and submit their times from October 16 to October 18. The in-person race is held at Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park.
