USA Beach Running Championships

The event takes place in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Participants can choose from three distances: 5k, 10k, and 15k. The entire course is run on hard-packed sand during low tide.

Shoes are optional for all runners, and each distance has a barefoot division. The event has open registration, with no qualification requirement. Walkers are welcome in the 10k event.

All participants receive a themed running bib and a finisher's medal with a sea creature design. After the race, there is an awards ceremony and a post-event party on the beach with live music, champagne, and mimosas.

Online registration closes on Wednesday, May 6. Walk-up registrations are available on Saturday, May 9 during packet pickup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
