USA Beach Running Championships

The USA Beach Running Championships take place in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on a course run entirely on hard packed sand during low tide. The event day includes two distances run on the beach surface.

10K
5K (3.1 miles)

The event is open to all runners with no qualification requirement. Walkers may enter the 10K. Shoes are optional for all participants and each distance includes a barefoot division. All participants receive a themed running bib and a sea creature inspired finishers medal.

After the races, organizers hold post-event race awards and a beach party featuring live music, champagne, mimosas, and other on-site activities. Walkup registrations are available Saturday, May 29 at packet pickup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
