Flutie 5K for Autism - West Melbourne
The Flutie 5K for Autism is scheduled for December 5, 2026 at West Melbourne Community Park, 3000 Minton Road, West Melbourne, FL 32904. The event is presented by A Mother's Touch Movers and returns to the park for a third consecutive year. It supports the Florida autism community.
The program includes multiple event formats and a separate kids run. Distances:

- 400 m (kids fun run, ages 10 and under)
Event formats on the 5K course include a timed run, a roll division for wheelchairs, handcycles and duo teams, a walk option, and the Chirichella Adaptive Division, which welcomes athletes with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities to compete for a grand prize. A virtual option called Flutie 5K Your Way! is also offered.
Registration opens October 1, 2026 and closes October 20, 2026. Registration fees listed for in-person events are $28.00 for the 5K options and $8.00 for the kids fun run.
