The AdventHealth Santa's Twilight 5K in Cocoa, Florida, takes place on December 13, 2025. The in-person race begins at Catherine Schweinsberg Rood Central Library (308 Forrest Ave, Cocoa, FL 32922) and follows an out-and-back course along Indian River Drive. Course features include an LED light tunnel, holiday lights along the Cocoa Riverfront, and multiple Holiday Cheer Zones.

Logistics, awards and extras
Every participant receives a long-sleeved race shirt, a holiday-themed finisher medal, glowing necklaces, free race photos, and post-race treats including holiday cookies and hot chocolate. A costume contest is held with categories: Fastest Santa, Crowd Favorite, Most Electrifying, Most Creative, and Best Team/Group; winners must be present to receive prizes. Awards are given to Top 3 overall male and female, male and female master, and Top 3 age group winners in 5-year increments.
