Event
The Luau 5K & Half Marathon takes place on May 16, 2026 at Halyburton Park in Wilmington, North Carolina (4099 S 17th St, Wilmington, NC 28412). The event includes the following race distances:

All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration.
Course and logistics
Both courses are on paved surfaces. The 5K uses an out-and-back segment that is run twice. The half marathon uses a longer out-and-back segment that is run six times. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. Parking is suggested at the Lowell Riverfront Dog Park. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
