Event Overview
The Luau 5K & 13.1M takes place at Halyburton Park in Wilmington, North Carolina. It offers two race distances: a 5K and a Half Marathon.
Race Details
All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the start of the event and closes 10 minutes before.
Both courses are out-and-back loops, repeated multiple times:
- The 5K course is a 0.78-mile loop that runners complete twice.
- The Half Marathon course is a 1.09-mile loop that runners complete six times.
An overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is in effect for the event.
