The Medal Madness event is scheduled for October 31, 2026, at Green Hills County Park, 9300 Deponie Dr, Raleigh, NC 27614, US. The event includes the following distances:

5K : 0.78-mile out-and-back segment repeated twice.
Half Marathon : 1.09-mile out-and-back segment repeated six times.
