The event takes place on July 25, 2026 at 11115 Wilderness Park Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34655. Races are held on asphalt surfaces and the start area is located near Shelter #5. Parking and overflow parking are available near the start. Bathrooms are provided on site.

Course format and details: the 5K and 10K use an out and back segment measured at 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that segment once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out and back segment measured at 3.28 miles and repeats that segment four times. The published course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and race operations: all runners must register on RunSignup and there is no on site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Entry fees listed for each distance are part of the event information. The event includes finisher medals, awards, series points, a shirt and gear shop, and a best costume feature.
