The event takes place at Wilderness Park, 11115 Wilderness Park Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34655. The start location is near Shelter #5. Courses are run on asphalt surfaces.

The 5K and 10K use an out and back course of about 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the out and back once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out and back segment of about 3.28 miles repeated four times.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is available near the start with additional overflow parking. Bathroom facilities are noted near the venue.
