Event overview
The Luau race takes place on May 2, 2026, at Eagle Lakes Community Park in Naples, Florida (11565 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112). The event offers three distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All finishers receive a themed medal. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series. A best-costume award is given at the beginning of each race; wearing a costume is encouraged but not required.
Course and race logistics
All courses are on asphalt and start near the tennis courts. Bathrooms are located in the pavilion by the starting line. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course listed as 3.11 miles per loop; the 5K completes the loop once and the 10K twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course listed as 3.28 miles per loop and completes that loop four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
