Gobbler 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon in Temple, TX
This event offers multiple road race distances at 7325 Prairie View Rd in Temple, Texas. Races take place on paved out and back courses with measured loop lengths that combine to the advertised distances. The event has a six hour course time limit.
The shorter course used by the 5K and 10K is described as an out and back route of 3.11 miles. The 5K completes that route once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon and marathon use an out and back route of 3.275 miles; the half marathon runs that loop four times and the marathon runs it eight times.
Facilities include restrooms located behind the tennis court and parking in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts. All entrants must register on RunSignup; no on site registration is available. Packet pickup timing relative to the race start is noted by the organizer.
