The event is held at 2229 Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210, with the start area next to Marion Diehl Adaptive Field.

Each course is an out and back. The 5K completes its route once, the 10K completes the same route twice, and the half marathon completes its route four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Registration is required online through RunSignup and there is no on site registration. Listed entry fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon. Registration opened on the dates provided by the organizer and closes on the event date.
Courses are established and mapped as separate out and back routes for the shorter distances and the half marathon.
