Event Overview
The US Road Running event at Lake Mayer Park features a series of holiday-themed races in Savannah, Georgia. Participants can choose between three different distances on an out-and-back course. The event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and is open to all runners who register in advance, as there is no on-site registration available.
Course Information
The races are conducted on an out-and-back course at Lake Mayer Park. Depending on the selected distance, participants will complete multiple laps of this route:
- 5K: This distance requires completing the course two times.
- 10K: This distance requires completing the course four times.
- Half Marathon: This distance requires completing the course six times.
There is a strictly enforced course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all participants.
Race Logistics
Packet pickup is available at the race location, starting 30 minutes before the official start and concluding 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. All participants must complete their registration through the RunSignup platform. Parking is available near the starting line at Lake Mayer Park.
Recognition and Awards
Finisher medals are provided to those who complete their respective courses. Additionally, there are awards and points attributed to the US Road Running series.
