Savannah Southern Half Marathon & 5K - Savannah, GA
The Savannah Southern Half takes place on November 14, 2026 in Savannah, Georgia. The event includes a half marathon and a 5K that use Forsyth Park (Drayton & Huntingdon) as the start area. Race expo and packet pick-up are scheduled the day before at Trustees' Garden on the Kehoe Iron Works campus.

The course travels through central Savannah on closed roads lined with live oak trees and draped in Spanish moss. Runners pass residential streets, porches, and local landmarks; the half marathon route includes a segment through the Savannah Bananas home stadium and finishes in Daffin Park beneath oak and gum trees. A Finish Festival provides food and entertainment with live acts, DJs, and dance performances.
Event services include a runner community offering year-round meetups, training plans, partner perks, and Show Your Bib specials. Free shuttle service between the Finish Festival and downtown is listed as available subject to change. Registration is non-refundable. Time limit policies require 5K participants to maintain a 20 minute per mile pace and half marathon participants to complete the course within 4 hours and 15 minutes, with aid stations and official finishing services provided only to those within that limit.
