The event takes place at Klineline Pond in Vancouver, Washington, with the listed address 800 NE 117th St. A $5 daily parking fee is required to enter the park through the Klineline Pond entrance. Parking is available near the start and finish, and park restrooms are located near that area.

Course details note that the routes are out and back. The 5K and 10K follow the same loop; the 5K completes the loop once and the 10K twice, with each loop roughly 1.6 miles. The half marathon uses a longer out and back loop of about 3.275 miles repeated four times.
All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available on race morning and closes shortly before the race. New Race Club members receive shirts by mail after registration; shirts are not available for pickup at the event.
At the start and finish there will be water, fruit or gummy snacks, and granola bars. These items are available between laps and after finishing. Participants may bring or carry additional nutrition, hydration, or personal items for use during the event. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
