Lake to Bay Relay & Ultramarathon
Lake to Bay is a 100K relay and ultramarathon held in Vancouver, Washington on June 20, 2026. The event lists Frenchmans Bar Regional Park in west Vancouver as the start location. Teams must provide one volunteer or pay a volunteer fee. Teams can choose to pay $50 to hire volunteers or supply at least one volunteer. Minimum volunteer age is 18, or 14 if accompanied by an adult volunteer. Volunteers select preferred assignments but are not guaranteed those assignments, and assignments may be located anywhere along the route at any time during the relay. Teams that fail to supply a chosen volunteer may be assessed a $100 cash penalty. Team captains are responsible for ensuring volunteers complete the required form by June 1, and teams that cannot provide volunteers by that date will be required to pay the $50 fee before the event.
