Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon : Katy, TX
The event takes place on August 29, 2026 at 2500 Porter Road, Katy, Texas 77493. Three road race distances are offered and registration is required online through RunSignup; there is no on site registration.

Course layouts use short out and back segments. The 5K and 10K use a 0.78 mile segment listed as 1.56 miles for the full out and back; the 5K repeats that out and back twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon uses a 1.09 mile segment listed as 2.18 miles for the out and back and repeats that segment six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race. Designated event parking is assigned via the event map pin. Listed registration fees are $30 for the 5K, $45 for the 10K, and $65 for the half marathon.
