Medal Madness at 24502 West Rd, Cypress, TX, offers multiple running distances on measured out-and-back courses. The event features three race options and finisher medals, plus a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.

The 5K and 10K share an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back segment repeated four times to achieve the full distance. The event enforces a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
