Medal Madness 5K, 10K and Half Marathon - Williamsburg, VA
Medal Madness in Williamsburg features three road race distances held on the same day at 850 Jolly Pond Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Parking is provided at Lois Hornsby Middle School; participants should follow the sidewalk to the middle school bus loop, where the race begins. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
The event uses out-and-back course sections:
- 5K - entry fee $30.00
- 10K - entry fee $45.00
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) - entry fee $65.00
Course details as provided: the 5K and 10K use a 3.11 mile out-and-back leg, with the 5K completing one out-and-back and the 10K completing two. The Half Marathon uses a 3.28 mile out-and-back leg repeated four times to cover 13.1 miles. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
