Medal Madness at Williamsburg
The US Road Running event in Williamsburg, Virginia, features multiple distance options held on an out-and-back course. Participants can choose between three different events:
- 5K (out-and-back completed one time)
- 10K (out-and-back completed two times)
- Half Marathon (out-and-back completed four times)
The race takes place at Lois Hornsby Middle School. All participants are required to park in the Lois Hornsby Middle School parking lot. From the lot, runners follow the sidewalk to the middle school bus loop, where the events begin.
This is a pre-registered event only; all participants must register through the online platform as no on-site registration is provided. Packet pickup is available at the location starting 30 minutes before the event begins and concludes 10 minutes prior to the start.
The event has a maximum course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All participants receive finisher medals upon completion of their respective distances. In addition to the running events, the organizer recognizes participants through various categories including best costume, series points, and specific awards.
