5th Annual Pints And Paws 5K and 1 Mile Run Walk and Pup Strut
This event is a community running and walking day held at the meadow area across from the Jamestown Settlement parking lot, 2070 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg, VA 23185. It combines a 5K running and walking event with a 1 Mile Fun Run Walk and Pup Strut and includes a vendor fair with animal friendly and community service vendors.

Dogs are permitted in all events when accompanying a registered runner or walker. Dogs must be in a harness or collar and on a leash or suitable lead; retractable leashes are not allowed. Water for dogs will be available at the start and finish areas. Due to expected high temperatures, canine awards will not be offered in the 5K this year.
Packet pickup is available on race day only; there is no early packet pickup. On-site race day registration will be offered. Parking is in the Jamestown Foundation Settlement parking lot.
A pup photo contest will follow the runs; entry fee is $5 and categories include Best Dressed Pet, Best Pet/Owner Look Alike, Cutest Pet Smile, Best Large Breed, and Best Small Breed. Participants who register by August 28, 2026 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. A die cast finishers medal is available for the first 125 finishers.
Human awards for the 5K run and walk include top three male and female overall, top three male and female in youth divisions, and top three in 10-year age groups from 20-29 through 70-74 and 75 and over. The 5K Competitive Walk awards first through fifth places for male and female walkers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
