Race-day services are limited: EMS is not stationed on site, and water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish. Organizers note that staffing is minimal at many events, so participants should plan for weather and bring any supplies they may want between laps. The course is presented as clear and managed by race staff who can be contacted at the event for assistance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
