The Medal Madness race takes place on September 19, 2026, in Beavercreek, Ohio. Distances offered are:

All finishers receive a themed medal. The event awards a prize for the best costume; a group photo is taken at the beginning of each race and the best costume is announced at that time. The race also earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses a separate out-and-back course and completes that out-and-back four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
