SAGE Upstate Pride 5k
SAGE Upstate Pride 5k takes place on June 6, 2026 at Long Branch Park, 3813 Long Branch Road, Liverpool, NY 13090. The event was formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K; the current name is inclusive of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities and their Allies. One hundred percent of the proceeds remain in the local community. Funds raised support SAGE Upstate programs that aim to reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ people.
The event offers an in person 5k run/walk and a virtual 5k option. Online registration includes an early bird period from March 1 to March 15 at $30, followed by a standard online period from March 16 to June 5 at $35. Children 12 and under register for $15. Virtual registration costs $45 and includes postage for mailing t-shirts; virtual registration closes April 14. Participants who want a guaranteed t-shirt should be registered by May 18. Group registration is available. Race day registration is offered for $40.
