Tipperary Hill Shamrock Run
The 21st annual Tipperary Hill Shamrock Run takes place on March 7, 2026, in Syracuse, New York, with the event base at 1 Conservation Pl. The race uses a USA Track & Field certified course that moves through the historic Tipperary Hill neighborhood and past local landmarks such as the Green-On-Top traffic light, scenic parks, architecturally notable churches, and neighborhood pubs.
The current course for the main event is four miles and was designed by the Neighborhood Association Race Committee with input from local runners. The 4 mile race will use bib-chip timing provided by Leone Timing. A separate Kids Fun Run is offered as an untimed event for children aged 12 and under. For runner safety, strollers and dogs are not allowed on the course. Registration is available online only; no paper or cash registration is accepted.
Packet pickup is scheduled prior to race day at these locations and times:
- Thursday, March 5, Fleet Feet on Bridge Street, 11am to 7pm
- Friday, March 6, Burnet Park Rink, 4pm to 7pm
- Race day packet pickup at Burnet Park Rink, 8:30am to 10:30am
