Course and race rules
The 4-mile course is USA Track & Field certified and runs through the historic Tipperary Hill neighborhood. The route passes landmarks such as the "Green-On-Top" traffic light, scenic parks, architecturally notable churches, and local pubs. The current 4-mile course was designed by the Neighborhood Association Race Committee with input from runners. The 4-mile event uses a bib-chip timing system provided by Leone Timing. For safety, no strollers or dogs are allowed on the course.
Logistics and community
Packet pickup is available before race day and on race day: Fleet Feet on Bridge Street (Thursday, March 5), Burnet Park Rink (Friday, March 6), and packet pickup/registration at Burnet Park Rink on race day. The event is listed as one of the races in the Syrathon series. The race supports local community efforts through the St. Patrick Hunger Project, which collects non-perishable food and monetary donations for local hunger-relief organizations.
