Upchuck 50K : wilderness single track ultra
The Upchuck 50K is a wilderness single track ultra trail race near Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, held Saturday, November 14, 2026. The course features significant climbs and steep descents into Soddy Creek, Possum Creek and Rock Creek. Aid on course is minimal.
Organizers warn that runners who go off course may have difficulty being located. Runners who tend to stray are advised to carry a cell phone; non-emergency phone use is discouraged. The event is not recommended as a first ultramarathon.
Entry cost is $80 per racer. Membership to Wild Trails at the Wild Access level ($100 and above) earns a 10% discount. Registration opens September 9 at 12pm ET. Previous race results are maintained from earlier editions.
