Furry Scurry Fun Run and Walk
The Furry Scurry Fun Run and Walk takes place on October 31, 2026 at Chickamauga Dam in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The event is a community run and walk that allows participation with or without dogs.
The event offers two distances:
- Husky Hustle - 5K (3.1 miles)
- Dachshund Dash - 1 Mile
Water stations for people and dogs are provided at the turnaround and the finish area. Prizes are available for participants and for pets. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Warrior Freedom Service Dogs, an organization that raises and trains service dogs for veterans.
Packet pick-up is scheduled Friday, October 30, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Chattanooga Sports Chiropractic Institute, and Saturday, October 31, from 7:00 to 8:30 am at Chickamauga Dam Riverpark. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
