Inverleith Park 5k/10k - Edinburgh
Inverleith Park hosts a community running event in Edinburgh on 29 August 2026 offering two measured race distances. Distances on the day are:

Races are fully chip timed and course measured. Race bibs and the timing chip are collected at the registration desk on the day of the event; the chip is attached to the race bib and should be secured to an outer garment for accurate timing. Registered participants receive a confirmation from the official booking partner and additional race day information is emailed in the week before the event. Online entries typically close two days before the event and on the day entries are generally available; the on the day fee is typically quoted in cash for each distance.
The event follows participation rules and services typical of Up and Running Events. Minimum ages apply for each distance, there is a typical time cutoff to complete the races, and dogs are not permitted on the course. Standard headphones are not allowed but bone conduction headphones are permitted. Volunteers support marshaling, registration and water stations. Participants receive a measured, chip timed result, a finisher medal, hydration stations, km markers, course marshals, instructor led warm up, music and a goody bag with sports nutrition items and offers.
