This event takes place at Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton (Carlisle Rd, Ferniegair, ML3 7UE). Races offered are measured and fully chip timed; the timing chip is attached to the race bib and should be secured to an outer garment.
Race packs and bibs are collected at the registration desk on event day; registration typically opens an hour and a half before each race. Registered participants receive a confirmation email from the booking provider Let's Do This and additional race-day information is sent in the week before the event. If race emails are not received, information is available in the participant's online profile with the booking provider.
Entry, cancellation and transfer terms: refunds are available up to 30 days before the event; after that point refunds are not offered. Up to 7 days before the event entries can be transferred to another event or converted to voucher points. Up to 3 days before the event entries may be transferred to another person or completed virtually with the finisher medal posted.
Other event details include hydration stations, kilometre markers, course marshals, instructor-led warm up, finishers' medals, and goody bags with sports nutrition items.
