Up and Running Events - Chatelherault Country Park
This event offers measured, chip timed road races organised by Up and Running Events. Registration is handled via the organiser's booking provider, and participants receive confirmation and race-day information by email in the week before the event. Race chips are attached to the race bib issued at registration and should be secured to an outer garment.
Distances offered include:
- 5k (runners aged 11 or above)
- 10k (runners above the age of 15)
Races include visible km markers, hydration stations, course marshals, upbeat music, an instructor-led warm up, and a finisher medal. Finishers receive a goody bag containing sports nutrition snacks and offers for runners. Race photos are made available online free of charge after the event.
Entry and event policies: entries are typically closed online two days before the event, with on-the-day entries often available on a first-come, first-served basis. The organiser's cancellation and refund policy allows refunds up to 30 days before the event; after that refunds are not offered. Up to seven days before the event entries can be transferred or converted to voucher credits; up to three days transfers to another person or virtual participation with medal delivery are possible by contacting event support. Standard headphones are not permitted; bone conduction headphones are allowed. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Volunteers receive refreshments and a free entry to a future event.
