St Andrews Day Run - Glasgow
The event in Glasgow at Park Terrace, G3 6BY, offers multiple race formats on St Andrews Day, including adult and children’s distances. The event uses a measured course and all races are chip timed; the timing chip is attached to the race bib and should be secured to an outer garment.
Race options:
- 5k
- 10k
- Kids Run
- Toddler Dash
Registration is handled through the official booking provider Let's Do This. Race bibs are collected at the on-site registration desk on event day. Online entries typically close two days before the event unless the race sells out; on-the-day entries are generally available and allocated first come, first served. Typical on-the-day cash prices are £20 for the 5k and £25 for the 10k.
Age guidance follows Scottish Athletics: 5k runners should be 11 or above and 10k runners should be above 15. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian and must be supervised on site.
Event facilities and services include a finisher medal, hydration stations, kilometre markers, course marshals, instructor-led warm up, music, goody bags with sports nutrition, and free race photos posted online after the event. Cancellation and transfer policies apply: refunds up to 30 days before the event, transfers or voucher credits up to 7 days before, and limited transfer or virtual options within 3 days, subject to organiser terms. Dogs and standard headphones are not permitted on the course; bone-conduction headphones are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
