Acorn South by Five - King's Park

Acorn South by Five - King's Park is a 5km running event that is part of a series visiting six parks over ten weeks, inspired by the Glasgow race, The South Side Six. Participants can enter individual races or the entire series, with a requirement to complete five out of six races to finish the series. The event promotes community engagement by encouraging donations to the Acorn Trails Community Fund and local foodbanks.

Additionally, there will be organized litter picks in each park to support environmental efforts. The series also supports the charity Give A Dog A Bone, aiding over 60s in adopting rescue pets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
