Big Wolf’s Backyard Arctic - Lévis
On January 30, 2027, Big Wolf’s Backyard Arctic takes place at Sentiers La Balade de Lévis, in the area of the former Cistercian abbey of Saint-Romuald. This is a winter Backyard Ultra of the Last One Standing "à l'infini" type; the event does not offer 6 hour, 12 hour, or 24 hour formats and continues until only one runner remains.
The course is made of looped laps on trails specially prepared for the event, set in the landscapes of La Balade. Participants will face winter conditions and contend with cold, darkness, and fatigue during the experience.
Participants and their crews are hosted in a building that provides a large indoor area for recovery between loops. A four-sided glazed fireplace is installed on site and catering will be available so attendees can remain within the event area.
The edition is limited to 100 places, aimed at runners seeking a winter Backyard Ultra experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
