UMS Music Fun Run
UMS Music Fun Run is a community fundraiser for the Union Middle School Music Boosters held at Balzer Baseball Field, 77 Miles Ave, Los Gatos, California, on April 4, 2027. The main event is a 5K fun run and walk with an entry fee of $25.00. Registration opens February 6, 2027 and closes March 28, 2027.
Logistics noted by the organizer include a limited supply of T-shirts guaranteed only for registrants by March 15th, 2026; additional shirts may be available but sizes could be limited. Wristbands are available only to the first 300 registered participants who reach the top of the course turn-around. Commemorative medals are reserved for the first 300 finishers who have a wristband. Separate medals are awarded for first, second and third place in the Men, Women, Boys and Girls (under 18) categories.
Course support includes a water station and a first aid station on the course and at the start and finish area. Parking at Balzer Field is limited to 110 marked stalls; nearby residential streets have permit-only restrictions and additional parking is available on University Avenue.
