Umborne Ug

The AVR Umborne Ug is a scenic multi-terrain 10k run held near Colyton, East Devon, starting and finishing at Umborne Village Hall. The course is approximately 75% off-road, featuring a picturesque section through the Widworthy Estate and includes some challenging woodland terrain. The route begins with a clockwise loop on roads before moving onto trails, supported by 21 marshals and clear signage.

A water station is available mid-race and at the finish, with a focus on reducing waste by encouraging runners to bring their own cups.
